A planned residential midrise building in west Toronto. My involvement was in the design development phase of the project, creating options for the facade and storefront. I researched brick and metal panel finish systems, proposed options, and modeled and rendered out many options

Lawrence and Midland

Multiple buildings ranging from mid- to highrise, filling in and densifying an area with a few existing apartment buildings. My involvement was in the early schematic design phase, where massing and building code considerations (such as setbacks) were crucial.

50 Wellesley St

A 37 floor condominium by Yonge St and Wellesley St. I joined this project at the late Construction Documentation phase; some of my responsibilities included adding details, making revisions, updating schedules, and reviewing shop drawings.
